No, Sin City was a graphic novel long before Hulk was made into a movie.

Um... no. You very obviously have never read any Sin City. May I suggest that you go buy some? In fact, if you buy the very snazzy version of the movie, it comes with the graphic novel "The Hard Goodbye". Impressively, that portion of the movie is scene for scene the comic it comes with. As for the Hulk, the only cool thing that did was have some of the scenes in comic book panels, and even that got real irritating. Ang Lee can't pace a movie to save his life.

Sin City was around before the Hulk film was. They had the concept for that film planned out for a long time.
