Could anybody briefly descibe the following functions of a burner and how they fit in with each other.
Venturi, venturi throat, Mixing tube, burner body.
They all seem very closely related.

Clothes for small girls (including toddlers) seem to be designed in the same styles as teen clothes even though little girls are a completely different shape. Why is this? Where can little girls get sensible clothes that are comfortable to play in?

This is not just connected to the lager/vodka question previously asked but also to the drinks i supply my kids with. I've heard that the artificial sweeteners can contain chemicals linked with cancer such as aspartame and phenylalanine? Anyone got any info on this? Should i go for full fat, full sugar "fruit shoot" type drinks for them or the sugar free version with sweeteners?

I don't want to know where to get certain things on sale, or a sales pitch for ordering on line. I just want INFORMATION. Like which is most cost effective, frozen juice, bottled or koolaid. Or what gimmicks the marketing dept. of stores uses to get u to buy an item. Things that are a waste of money or LOOK like a good deal.

I have a 4-5 year old girl that can be sometimes a litttle obsessive about things, and constantly cries since she started jk? I guess i just need a little reassurance that this is normal. From everything i read it seems it is, but i cant help but feel its not.

Today, in collegiate areas of Boston/Cambridge, USA (which includes practically half the cities!) I noticed in different university areas two young females, seemingly students, who were wearing hijabs but also tight jeans. One walked with a noticable (natural) bumping. Both were wearing regular blouses, which were not suggestive but also did not hide their curves. I saw a girl similarly dressed over the weekend. this makes me curious: Is wearing the hijab becoming fashion-chic with young American (and maybe elsewhere?) non-Muslim women these days? Or are some young, college age Muslim girls somehow rationalizing their wearing the hijab without their other clothing being loose and hiding hiding their female form?

I currently work at cvs, and i've been there since last year. I was hoping if this would be the appropriate time to switch jobs to a more direct approach to my dream job. I would like to work for pixar and need some advice to what kind of work would be related to such a career. Where i work at cvs, i get a lot of communication, and where i can study the human behavior (especailly children, their so funny). but again im looking for a good job that would make the employer say "wow...you have a lot of experience in this field. YOUR HIRED!!" ok i suppose that last part wouldn't happen but along those lines. anyone? thanks

My boyfriend and I have gone out for two years now. I worry if our realtionship will change. He's been working alot and going to shcool in college . I try to do everything I can to help him. i love christmas i pretty much ignore all holidays but christmas lol..i love the decorating if i could i would leave the deocrations up all year not to toot my own horn or anything but i do a great job! i have a bit of a country decor style about my home and its usually always fall looking anyway so fall/halloween/thanksgiving is what my house looks like anyway lol..so yeah getting down to my question is it to early to decorate for christmas? i mean the whole nine yards i want the trees up (i have lit and decorated trees in every room of my house including a small 1 in bathroom all the others full huge size trees)..lights around the house..winter figurines,fountains,and village house ice skating light up rink..im more for indoor decor anyway so i wont be decorating outside..please help?

My friend originally told me he would sell me an '87 RX7 with a new engine (13,000 miles) for $500. Of course, that would be a steal, and he made it sound like it was in decent shape, but it turns out it needs a new suspension just to run. There's plenty of rust, and it needs a new paint job. Then, of course, there's the fact that the interior is ripped apart. New seats would be expensive. So, the price suddenly went from $500 to more like $3,000, although my friend well do all of the work on the car for free provided that I pay for all of the units. Does it make sense to fix this car up or look for another car at around $3,000 which is my max?
