I'm starting to have feelings for my cat.
We already live in the same house. But she's so high maintenance.
Should I go for it because of the convenience? Or is "high maintenance" something to stay away from?

You don't need to go through that annoying courting stage as you are already living together so the convenience factor outweighs the high maintenance you speak of. As long as the cat feels the same way about you, I think you may have a wonderful future together...
