Fast Eddie's in Alton is a must; they even give you a special t-shirt for getting a drink there on your 21st bday.

Then hit a casino or 2; you should be lucky on your bday, right?

At some point, you should hit the Landing, and visit several places there. Morgan Street Brewery is especially accomodating for these celebrations.

But if you're closer to West Port Plaza, that is another place where you could hit several bars at once.

I hope you have a good designated driver, or a limo for the night. Have fun!

The Loop is good area to bar hop (on Delmar), also Central West End has areas for bar hopping. You can also go down by the landing and bar hop there too!!! Don't forget a designated driver though, and have fun. Happy 21st!!!

Go someplace with music, dancing, some food, and a really good bar. Ask the bar tender for a drink suggestion for the birthday person, and don't let him/her get drunk.
P.S. I had dinner with my parents on my 21st at an excellent Chinese restaurant, then met up with friends to finish the night.
I think it was great - just enough family, just enough friends. (I almost had to forcibly stop my mother from coming clubbing with us!)

Zoe is one of the coolest places in the Central West End! The bar is great -- tons of choices -- try the white chocolate martini. The food is delicious, too. It would be a great start to your evening -- there are so many great places to go in the CWE!

Look in the Yellow Pages for a place called "***** Last Resort"
it's alot of good clean fun but the waiters and waitresses treat you and your guests like you are their favorite target for the nite...they harass, make fun, make you do all kinds a crazy ****, and since you'll be legal...they will get you gassed with some of the best "gag" drinks...they esp. like to mess with a group of girls...have fun 21!!!

Your never too old for a birthday at a place like Chucky Cheese..or a game place. It would be a fun way to celebrate with your friends, and just act like little kids again. Or, you could have a dinner party and get every one to bring a potluck item or else get some stuff and get every one to bring some thing so they feel like they are contributing to the dinner and you guys could all cook dinner together.
