Just wondering if any guys out there had any advice on how I could help cheer my depressed hubby, aside from sex or sex-related activities (which he may not even be interested in...) He doesn't seem to know what he wants/needs, I thought maybe some other guys might be able to give me some insight or ideas. Many thanks!

I am suffering from seasonal Sinus/Allergy issues, and the more I blow my nose or sniffle, the worse my hearing gets. It feels like there is a bubble in my head (no jokes, please) and I am not hearing to my full potential. I know that I'm talking louder than normal and I have to raise my t.v. volume louder than usual. I would love to read your advice on what I can do at home FIRST to fix this problem. thanks!

Hi, i exercise each day, minimum of 1 and a half not including PE at school. I eat alot of foods, like i believe i over eat about 400-1000 calories each day. however most of that food, is fruits and vegetables, no deepfried crap, no junk food, no sodas, and made like 1/50 sweets. I barely eat any food that has alot of fat (20% +), like i mean, barely, like maybe once or twice a week. Even though i watch this fat intake, but i eat too much food and over eat the amount of calories, i need in one day. Will i still grow fat? I am 5'11" male 16 years old, and weigh 138 pounds. Please, answer seriously. Thank you. So my main question is, even though i intake more calories, than needed, but stay away from fat foods, will i still grow fat?

Im not trying to be insentive to certain races....but as of this week I AM SO TIRED..everyday (here in the L.A. County) there are reports of lives taken by hispanic gangs...as of 3 day ago, our recovery center (which has 97 % affulent caucasians) has been targeted by a hispanic gang...because the facilitators are African American. The gang squad has forwarned us....Why does the Government allow others to come to this country and take lives of American citizens. No other country would sit back and allow this!!!!!!!!!!

Sometimes when I look around at all the different people on our planet- all the firemen, business people, homeless, chinese, everyone, etc. I sometimes imagine everyone as little kids playing dress up. You know how kids can sometimes take a game too seriously and start fighting, and then an adult has to break it up? I can't help but picture adults as overgrown kids who take themselves a little to seriously. We fight about religion, we argue over money. Some people wear uniforms and others have nothing. I'm just kind of baffled and wonder if anyone else has a similar way of looking at the human race.
