First of all, drink lots and lots of water - it's one of the best ways of preventing lines and wrinkles.

Then make sure you use a sunscreen before going out in the sun everytime you step out.

Everything else you apply will offer either temporary or minor effectiveness. Having said that, I recommend Olay and Clinique products, which may vary depending on your current skin type.

I too follow a daily regimen of cleansing/toning/moisturizing but I change the products according to my skin condition (oily/dry/combination) during the seasonal changes every year.

Mary Kay is one of the best for anti-aging benefits. I agree with the other post, drink lots of water too!!

I heard that only alpha hydroxy products work at preventing wrinkles. St. Ives makes an alpha hydroxy mask that is very inexpensive. All other products I've found are very expensive in comparison to the amount of product your given and the actual amount of the alpha hydroxy in it.

a doctor on oprah said the only thing that really works is alpha hydroxy acid products, i suppose the one that has the highest level of that,
