I'm having a problem with a certain person I work with, but he is in a different department. For the past few months he has been looking at me while I'm working and during my breaks. But The thing is I am a guy. How can I approach this person and ask him, why he's always looking at me. It's driving me crazy, I'm not upset with him but, just want to know. Or shall I give him my number so he can call and talk with me... Please help !!!

Well that depends. Why do you want to talk to him? Do you want to talk about hunting and fishing, pound him to a bloody pulp for staring at you, or set up a romantic date?
It could just be your imagination that he is watching you. Could be that he is looking at you because you are looking at him.
Walk over and talk to him about something trivial like the weather, your boss or red hot monkey love.
That will allow you to "test the waters" with him.

Be direct. Maybe approach him and say I have noticed you looking at me and I was wondering why. If he likes you and you are not gay be respectful when you turn him down. Men have feelings and insecurities too. Or you could ask around and find his email or my space page and send him a message. That may be more comfortable for both of you.

have you ever thought he could be gay. and he is trying to send you signals im sure he notices by now that you notice him looking at you. Guys have to be very careful so they dont' get there lights punched out if your straight you could be offended so he's being cautious.
You have to be ready for that if you do call each other. but don't lose it. be flattered but say im straight .
and he'll get the message

If you aren't interested in guys then don't give him your number. That's asking for a disaster. Ask around at work to see if he's gay

because it is in the workplace...handle it professionally. you can pull him to the side and bring it to his attention that you see him staring. if you arent gay or arent iterested, dont give him your number to talk anything out.... as a matter of fact, if you arent gay, just avoid him all together......dont even take notice that he is looking

If you're straight, ignore him.
If you're gay, ask him "wtf?" - unless you want to go out with him.
Or you can act like a 3 year old and scream, "Quit looking at me!!"
