He would probably notice you already unless this person is shy, and they want to keep it to themselves that they like you. Walk by this person enough, and see what they do. Walk with a friend too. The friend spies for you, and sees if this person likes you or not.

don't go out of your way to make a guy like you. i know that it doesn't sound like this makes any sense, but if he doesn't notice you on his own then he isn't worth it. If he was really into you he would notice you

introduce yourself to him so that he will pay attention to you and he will notice you.... be friendly to him!!!
