My parents own property that is worth 10 million dollars. The neighbor who owns some property next to my parents property wants to buy our land through pressuring or by illegal and corrupt methods. My parents are tired of him and do not want to sell it to him.I would like to buy the proprty from them so that the neighbor will give up on it. I do not know if it is legal to sell the property to me for 100 dollars as if transferring to my name so that it will make it tough for the neighbor to think about our property . Is it illegal for tax purposes. Does it cost me a lot to buy the land from them.

I have a 9 yr old male, nuetered Chihuahua. We moved into a new home 7 weeks ago. The home has never been lived in, so there was never another animal in the house Last week he started peeing on my drapes. I removed them and he found another set of drapes upstairs and peed on them. Once those were removed, he peed on the side of our comforter! He had never peed in our old home and just last week started in this home. He is not sick, I have had a urine test done which checked out fine. Is it out of stress? Or is he just mad/marking territory? I don't know what to do.....Any advice, suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Okay, I'm 13, annd whenever I DO eat, my stomach hurts really bad, like.. awful. Whenever I don't eat.. It's fine but one bite of something like.. a tootsie roll will make it hurt. Does anyone know what's wrong? && It hurts just.. in my stomach, no where in paticular

Ok- Im 9.5 weeks pregnant and need to spice up my sex life. My boyfriend (the father of my child) is perfectly happy with just the same thing over and over but I feel in my heart there is alot to do to spice it up to make him happier. some people say it doesn’t exist that a dyslexic and "normal" child can equally improve with the same extra help, and since intelligence seems to be separate (Einstein) is it really a good idea to label children or adults with basically a stupid sign, limitations on that persons potential, that cant help psychologically, to think you are dumber than every one else and will never do as well?

I'm 23 - she was married to my dad for 25 years. He left her and she is now becoming a beautifully independent woman. She is marrying her college sweetheart this winter and I want to get them something "special" and not on their registery. Any thoughts? I love them both and want it to be more than a note or letter. Something thoughtful and well organized. A scrapbook is already being made by his daughter. I would gladly devote time and energy to create something wonderful....but can't think of a place to start!??!?!?!

I have never eaten tofu but have recently been trying to eat healthier foods. I purchased some tofu and thought that I would go online and find some recipes but everything I find is VERY difficult and requires all kinds of herbs, spices, and other weird various things. I am just looking for a basic easy to make recipe to see if I like tofu...thanks in advance for any answers.
