how to install software in samsung SGH C200 Phone?

i am having Samsung SGH c200 phone and i download some games, softwares from internet on my PC. i want to know how to install all software to my phone. all softwares are samsung c200 suppoerted and extenstion of file is .jad.
Please Help

put that CD in your cd-rom, and intall the software on your computer.
