I work all day and somedays it is hard to do stuff with my kids. I'm now cutting back my hours and wanting to do some stuff with my kids. What are some good ideas that I can do at home during the week and what would be good to do on the weekends.

I hear they are saposed to be endorsed by the "NBCCA" represtening the NBA... made of the highest quality of whole food products- and won the "GOLDEN SEAL " award. before i spend $40.00 i would like ti hear feed back... So many vitamins out there to choose from (most are cheaper) but I want Quality for me an my family... and these are saposed to be the best on the market....... anyone agree??? thank you (I mean if the athelets take them... they got to be good ... right??)

I live in Canada, but some of my ancestors came from Northern Ireland (Armagh County, to be precise). I've never set foot on Irish soil and I've never flown over Irish air space, but I, all of my family and every other Irish person I know are personally responsible for bombing the crap out of Belfast. Do you believe me? Chances are you don't. I mean, how is it possible for my family and I to bomb Belfast when we've never been there? Doesn't make sense, does it? Yet that's exactly how a lot of Muslim people are being treated. A lot of them are being personally blamed for the WTC bombings 5 years ago. I don't get it at all. Sure, there are some Muslims who should be held responsible, not not all of them. In fact, most Muslims had nothing to do with it at all. They're no more responsible for the bombings than I am of the bombings in Belfast. I know a lot of people don't share my views, and that's cool. But if you want to take some shots at me, go right ahead. Fire away! TY!

ok i have been dating a black guy for around 6 months now....we were both very much in love with each other but my family is racist and i didnt tell him in the beginning cuz i was afraid of losing him...i did tel him now tho.....and he wants to break up w/ me bc he feels extremely disrespected cuz i didnt tell him rite from the start. Once i told him the truth....i still didnt have the courage to tell my parents....and that broke his heart.....i admit i made a mistake...but i really i really do love him and so i overcame my fears and told my parents that he was black. Their reaction was completely different from wat i expected...they were totally approving. i told this to my bf....yet....it seems as if he thinks that if i truly did love him....i would have told them about him before our whole fight....he feels that i only told them bc he wanted me to tell them......im just trying to prove to him that i luv him cuz he jst doesnt believe me, im not wonderwoman....i was weak

Is it normal to feel completely fatigued at only 22 weeks?? All weekend, I felt so tired even after I got a good night's sleep and took a nap. Today I have felt the same way. It feels like I haven't woke up good yet. Keep in mind that I am still on antibotics for my sinus infection, and I walk around with a constant light sinus headache and pressure from sinuses, not to mention I'm still a bit congested. I took a b6 vitamin and of course my prenatal vitamin. I still felt like I wanted to lay down and sleep. I yawn all the time. Is this normal???

also, I have a jealous streak, and no reason to have it, how do I get rid of those feelings. Years ago in his past he has cheated, how can I trust that he won't cheat on me? He says he would never go outside our relationship to explore his fantasy's without me. He wants to include me in those fantasy's. Like maybe he wants to be with a guy, or like I mentioned, for us to be with another couple. I can't stand the idea of watching him having sex with a man, let alone another woman. What should I do? We don't live together but we see each other nearly everyday and have a deep commitment for each other. I feel like I can't let him out of my site, like if we are not with each other then he will be out finding others to be with. I guess I want to trust him, and I feel like I do one second then I don't the next. I'm very confused. I don't want to break up with him but how can I let myself believe him when he says he won't do anything without me and if I don't want to we won't.
