what do i choose?
i have known this one guy for about 3 and a 1/2 months but he has not had the gut to ask me out (hi entire family says hee has no other girl) should i ask him out or not

Why not? Ask him if you could go out for a walk or something , where you can have time to talk to each other without having him pay for anything so it's like you want a freebie.

if you dont you will never know if he likes you or not . so take a chance. the worst he can say is know. what have you got to lose.
Ask him out.

tell him how you feel and let him ask you out otherwise he may feel like your too aggressive and be turned off or intimitaded by you which it already seems like he might be a little shy.

He is probably just shy. You should take the first step foward and asd him out.
