I was served with a subopena to go to court as a witness in august but it was rescheduled and now the trial is tomorrow but I wasnt served with another subopena does that mean that I dont have to go ?

so my fiance and I have a 22 month old boy- who we wanted to be the ring bearer but i thought about him not walking down the aisle (rather running around) and he wouldnt be able to stand through it, so the flower girl would stand alone- and he would have to sit with grandma- but then he would see us and cry- (he always whines when he sees us kiss or anything) SO- I asked my friend if her little brother could do it (9yrs. old) But my fiance REALLY wants our son to do it! but i am afraid he will cry and whine and ruin the mood and flow of everything, and we have a singer during the ceremony, which he could interrupt which would be rude. We originally planned to give him a lollipop and sit him towards the back, in case he acted up- someone could remove him and take him to the parking lot, my fiance thinks no one else should do this but our son.... what do i do??!!??

I have never really been in the dating scene before, but suddenly find myself in it because my boyfriend of 3 and a half years suddenly left me out of the blue. I am 28 and am looking for a quality guy who is interested in a relationship that could become long-term. I'm not into going to bars and clubs particularly. 'm buying a car tomorrow, or want to anyways. I am a 21 female. I am paying cash for it and it seems like a good deal. 96 jeep cherokee, 160000 miles, great looking for 2000. I don't have a man to go with me. WHat should I do? Is it okay if I go by myself? Just take it over to a mechanic? DO I need to make an appointment with the mechanic first?
