some good fat burning pills are asprin after you go to the gym and work for it, i lost 25 pounds by changing my diet and exercising a lot. loosing weight is hard work and sucks but now everyone i talk to says i look good and i like that and keeps me going, im still trying to loose 10 more pounds to get under 10% body fat and its really hard. just work hard and thats the best way.

Hey Blazeen,

i would not recommend you any fat burner pills as you know this pills are all made of chemical compound to achieve its desire result. and thats to make you thinner and slimmer.

but think of the adverse effect that it might have on you, its not going to be one month down the road, its not going to be 6 months down the road, IT MIGHT BE a year later or who knows when. (inside scoop from a doctor)

and me as a trainer and coach, i never advice any of my clients or athlete to take any of this just to look good or stay on the team. its really like asking you to take steriods and EPO,

please think of persistant exercise and proper food ! CHEERS !

Then the best thing to do is not buy any diet pills. If they do work, there are possibilities of serious side effects. The best way to burn fat is diet and exercise.

Ephedra works, but isn't a great choice if you have any kind of heart condition, so I hear.
