The book goes after our World Trade proceedures and how the US is losing its Middle Class as a result of the growth in National Debt and the loss of American born Cooporations moving to tax shelter land and shipping American jobs over seas to China and India for example.

Should people that are openly bisexual and homosexual be allowed in the US military?

OF COURSE THEY SHOULD! I just wanted to further weed out the ignorance of this board with this question. Being sexual orientation has no bearing on ability to serve in the military. In fact the Spartans (of ancient Greece) were one of the most feared militaries of all time and the majority of the soldiers were homosexual/bisexual. The Spartans found that the soldiers fought harder for one another because they shared a bond and would lay down their lives for a fellow soldier to live. If a loved one died on the battlefield, the soldiers would fight even harder to avenge their death. So my conclusion is that homosexual people are actually better fit to serve than heterosexual people and that we should have a whole elite homsexual part of the army that would be modern day Spartans and would be feared as the best fighters in the world. I would join it even if I had to lie and say I was homosexual even though I am Bi!

I have installed northen anti virus in my computer. When i start my computer northen anti virus always start to show scanning outgoing messages. After some time so many scanning windows opened on the screen. Is there a virus in my computer? Anyone has a solution for this problem, plese give me the solution earlier.

Serious question. Why do so many people in the US seem to hate mexicans?

I'm not asking to offend anyone, I am trying to figure out where all the hate came from. I thought at first that it was a matter of people feeling that illegal immigrants were putting a strain on various social services, but then I noticed that alot of people seem to be bashing the legally immigrated mexicans as well. Why just the mexicans? Why not people who have immigrated from other countries?

Do people have the right to die?

As an assignment for an AP English 3 class, a prompt we were given for a research paper was something along the lines of " Write an essay over a controversial issue, discussing both sides and proposing a compromise." (FINALLY!, an assignment i'm interested in!)

Considering that i am going into the medical field, i felt that my essay should be geared towards something medically related. And although my options for the topic are still open, i would think it would be interesting if i chose a broad topic.

Should people have the right to die?

suicide, abortion, euphanasia, this covers a number of other topics. Plus, it's really interesting to hear other's opinions.

Tongue rings and loss of taste...?

Ok so I've decided I want to get my tongue pierced and I have researched it and I know all the risks but the one that I am most worried about is losing my sense of taste.

Does anyone know how high the risk of losing the sense of taste is from a tongue piercing?
Is it common or rare?

Why do you call it football, since it isn't played with your foot?

Everywhere in the world people call soccer, by its rightful name, Football, except for the US. Why is it that people un the US call it football, since it isn't played with your foot? It is almost completely played with your arms and hands.

Is the media to blame for copycat school shootings?

Doesn't it seem strange that one occurs, the media publizes the heck of it, and several others? One of the last ones that occured in Cazenovia, WI is a town that my father is from, he and his brothers and I had all attended Weston. Shocking.
