I've just started working out and was wondering how long it will take until I see noticible results? I'm 24 years old. I'm not fat, I just want to lose maybe 10 pounds and mostly just tone up and get definition. I'll be working out 3 days a week (the days I have class so I can use the rec center at college). I'm planning on doing about 60 min cardio and 30 min weight training or 45 min cardio and 45 min weight traning.

How long should I expect to wait in order to see noticible results? I'm rather impatient and don't want to get discouraged after 2 weeks and quit if I don't see results. Thanks

Not sure if this is an etiquette question or not. Everyone knows tipping has gotten way out of hand, so to speak. Of all the silly places you have seen tips solicited, which places bug you the most? Do you ignore them or do you feel obligated to stuff them with money?

why is it when i go on holiday to my fathers up north i cant get rissoles from the chip shop and cant get savaloys in my chip shops in south wales.I went on holiday up north and asked for rissole and they looked at me stupid my father always buys rissoles when he visits and i always buy savaloy when i visit him.Its a bit stupid but would love to know why.

I am so in love with this guy and of course he knows it. I am shy but he is twice as shy. I almost certain that he likes me because he looks at me and smiles all the time. I am 28 and have had 3 children my first passed away, the other two were perfectially healthy. I had a miss carrage with twind between the two I have and also had cervical cancer. About two weeks ago. We found out that we were pregnant so I went and seen my gp and gino and both told me that I would not be able yo carry full term and had to decide weather to terminate or not. We made the decision that it was for the best as I had already had 3 ceasers. my mum took me down to have the procedure done and ont the way she says the reason why I am so much closer to your sister. Then oh I went to the cemetary the other say (to see my daughter) Then while I am in surgery she goes and has a massage and cannot be contacted to pick me up. Then on the way home says I don't mind doing this once but don't amke a habbit of it. I do not understand why a mother would say those things and I am still very upset with her I have not said anything as my mind was in other places. What do I do.

At a later stage how can a WIFE turn back and yell "...........eeek I have been raped by my husband". Doesn't that look comic? At the most the husband may be punished for assault or cruelty towards his wife. But, how can it amount to RAPE by any standards?
Otherwise every sexual act after having a good drink and dinner could be termed as RAPE!! I'll give you an instance. Husband and Wife are sleeping together on their wedding anniversary and the man gets the urge to have sex. The woman says no as she is having periods. The man says doesn't mind and has his will. The woman doesn't protest but later on goes to police an files a complanit of RAPE against her husband saying that she never gave concent for the sex and the husband aught to be punished for RAPE i.e., seven years of prison term. WHAT THE HELL... IN WHICH JUSTICE SYSTEM ARE WE LIVING?
