Religious demagogues! Rather than promote peace and understanding, they promote hatred, masacres, wars, killings, murders, discontent and anarchy, genocide... against anyone and everyone that do not follow their power-hungry ways... they are responsible for the suffering of millions around the world, while they live a life of comfort and luxury... and millions die of hunger, malnutition, poverty, treatable diseases, illnesses, sicknesses, torture, bullets and bombs at the hands of their cohorts and cronies (those financially/economically better off) and fantatical puppets!

There are many and it hard to see them as rich, poor or inter-religion due to its complexities. Just compare the US and Afghanistan or Japan and Rwanda. Biggest divider? I think its quite hard to rate the biggest divider. But the MOST OBVIOUS one i guess should be in terms of wealth.
