sounds like a yeast infection which is easily cleared up, but you must go to your doctor, i know that you may feel embarassed, but just remember, you are not the first nor will you be the last to go to the doctor with this, and you will have nothing that the doctor has not already seen countless times before,
so make an appointment, the sooner you do the sooner this will be over.

It's very hard to clean under the foreskin if you don't pull it back. In order to clean under the foreskin you must retract (or roll back or whatever term makes sense for you) your foreskin all the way back so you your entire glans (penis head) is exposd. Then wash that area with water and mild soap like any other part of your body no more than like twice a day.
What you could also do in addition to that is to retract your foreskin while you pee and wipe excess urine on a piece of toilet paper. That'll help limit the smell if you get it a lot.
If the above doesn't work then you may have an infection. This is nothing worry about, just go see your doctor and he/she will give you either oral medication or some kind of cream to apply to the area.

When you shower, you should fully retract the foreskin and wash the head and shaft with soap and water, as you do the rest of your body. If you wash daily, there won't be a smell.

If you really are washing as much as you feel is necessary to be clean, then maybe you have an infection under it? Maybe a trip to the docs will help. Embarressing I know but theyve seen it all before. Good luck

salt water richard - not too much salt cos it will hurt but done regularly a couple of times a day it will sort you out quickly. If this doesnt work then you may need to see your Dr as there may be an infection. Try putting a couple of handfulls of salt in your bath water too (sea salt is best for this and you can buy boxes of it in the chemist) or a simple solution of mormal kitchen salt in warm water to just "dip" in.
Once its sorted - dont let it happen again!!

Clean more often, try using a sterelizing ointment or alcohol, I know it wil sting but you gotta kill all the germs and bacteria that make it smell, after that, make sure you shower every day and make it a habit of cleaning there really good with soap.

Anyway, go to your docs even if you're embarassed. It's probably just a small infection, possibly fungal, that can be easily treated.

You want to wash a bit more often if it smells. I've got a foreskin but mine doesn't smell, plus my girlfriend keeps licking it clean anyhow!!!
