i am a22 year old young man .i often think that my life has never been worth of anything.i dont have any achievements in my life.now when i see that i cant even get a girlfriend although some of my other friends are regularly dating ,i feel extremely sad and left alone.i dont look good neither do i have any quality to attract girls.sometimes i feel an urge to commit suicide. please advise.

I'm 47 & my husband is 59. Our 2 yr anniversary was this past friday. On that day, both of us lost our jobs due to the job being deleted (we work in different places & we weren't fired). I know there's a ton of other jobs out there & I have put my resume in everywhere since friday already so I should have something by the end of this week I would think. Now comes the problem. My husband, who's normally affectionate, now refuses to give me any affection & absolutely no sex at all. When I question him about it, he says he's not ill & that he's not mad at me or anything, yet when I tell him I want sex, all he will say is "maybe" or words to that effect. He worked on a farm and there was this one girl he seemed fond of which keeps running through my mind although I don't THINK he would have had time to have an affair. So is he acting this way because he's depressed or does he miss ONLY his job, OR does he miss this other girl ?? He made good friends on the job as well. HELP !

What does it mean to act Victorian? I know Queen Victorian was not "Victorian" herself, how so? What does it mean to act Victorian and how did Queen Victoria not fit her description herself?

in the form of detective novels like Poirot, Conan Doyle etc., currently these novels are treated as "story books" but I think they must be made required classroom textbooks to teach how to collect clues to solve mysteries a skill that is severely lacking. Also all American children be taught EREHWON thinking programme, with the number of subjects of study being kept at the absolute minimum, i.e., dont study anymore than what is absolutely necessary to know, for study itself stifles innovation, flair and creativity, The uneducated "Dravidians" ran a flourishing civilization for thousands of years recording their knowledge to us for posterity we are here for two hundred years and we have nuked Japan , caused unrecoverable system errors in the environment (ozone hole depletion, polar warming, pollutions etc) and we cant even find our way to progress?

doesn't that mean i am in my sixth month? 4x5=20. i know that you're really pregnant for more like 9 and a half to 10 months...are they just averaging that in and trying to make it only 9 months for us? very confused. at 20 weeks i can see saying i AM 5 months pregnant, but aren't i IN my sixth month???

My BF threw gifts I gave to him at my frount door. He got angry and gritted his teeth and his arms started shaking uncontrably. He was so angry and started yelling at me.

He said he was really good at controlling his anger because if his dad was that angry his dad would have broken out all the windows in the car. My BF had to keep going out to the car because he was so angry at me. He was mad because I had expressed concern about him sharing a hotel room with another woman on a road trip. He got really angry with me.

I was scared of him when he got that angry and told him so. He told me I have never hit you you should not be affraid.

Later on the phone I told him I was affraid of him and he stared laughing at me and saying it was rediculous. I told him to please stop laughing because it was scaring me.

Today he said some verbal jabs at me. He said perhaps he is not the nice person I think he is in a strange voice. He said sometimes he gets mad at me.

I have been on Paxil for what is going on 2 years. In this time I have packed on 75 pounds. I have tried every diet out there and of course I only lose the minimum a week (1.5-2 lbs) Yes, I could exercise, but when I do, it is like my appetite kicks in to overdrive. I am only 5'3 and severly overweight. I cannot afford bypass surgery, but I think it would benefit someone like me that has to have Paxil for the rest of my life. It is the only antidepressant that works for me (Have tried all others) if I miss a day, I get the depression back like maddd. I need to lose about 100 pounds. Does anyone have a suggestion of a real diet (other than gastric bypass) where I can lose this weight and not actually starve my self for carbs. Drugs or stimulants only react with the Paxil, but I need a simple diet pill that won't react with my Paxil. I need help, any suggestions. Believe it or not, I am a very active person, just severly overweight for my height. Thanks.

I got a ticket recently for not properly stopping at a stop sign. I was in a neighborhood right next to my house by a cop in a cop car, not a motercycle cop. I live in California and live in Orange County. Im pretty sure i stopped for atleast 2 seconds before accelerating past the stop sign because there was a car taking a right perpendicular to my car and i waited for him to finish taking the right before going. The cop said I did a "California Stop" and he said I didnt come to a complete stop. I was wondering if I should contest the ticket, and what is the possiblility I can win the ticket. Also I am wondering if anyone every tried fighting a ticket and the cop didnt show up, and what the ticket was for.
