Math wiz needed!?

In a fraction 6 over 7.1 = 2.26, how do you get 2.26? Its an example question for something im working on and i have my replacements for the fraction, i need to know the steps taken to convert the fraction to that decimal. I have tried dividing n/d but it gives me a completely different answer. I need help!

I have been trying to get a job for 2 mths, am i too old or because i'm a white zimbabwean - confused?

I 'm not really qualified in the paper sense, but have years of experience. I have run my own business, worked in various fields but just seem to get turned down at every turn. Am I doing something wrong, what chances have i at 55 to earn a decent wage. I have already been caught by a mailing system working at home and have lost £20 to them. Have registered will e mail job opportunities, still no luck

A guy flirts with a girl all the time for a couple of months.
There's a party and the guy shows up with a girlfriend of long-term relationship.
Still at the party, he goes and flirts with the other girl, who by this time feels deceived.
Now the two always see each other. How do you think the girl should react from now on? Does she ignore him? Act normal? What?!

I'm now doing a research on commercialisation stategy for a non profit making organisation. Can anyone help?

I know it is impossible to find a one size fit all strategy. I would very much like to see if there are any books or online web sites that could offer me the list (with descriptions) of commercialisation strategy adopted by various organisation so that I can start looking at them to find one or two that suit the need of my organisation.

how long must i wait before i dye my hair again?

i dyed the roots of my hair yesterday, because they were about 3 cm long. My natural color is almost black, but i dyed it golden brown. However, i'm not satisfied with the color i got after dyeing the roots, because it is too dark. i was very sad. i wanted something a lighter, like Eva Longoria's new look. How long must i wait before i can dye my hair again without destroying it?
I must mention i have long, healthy hair, but i don't want to harm it. Any advices instead of redying so soon?

What do you think of Queen covers?

Why do people insist on trying to pull off Queen songs? It's just wrong! Take last night for instance I was out having a few drinks with a friend and my all time favourite song came on - Don't Stop Me Now - sung by MCFLY! WTF?
