animals disgust me.
your noun (animals) is plural, not your verb (disgust) the me is a pronoun, or the subject of the sentence.
To be a proper sentence, it should be worded,
I am disgusted by most animals.
The I is the pronoun, am is the tense, disgust (the verb) is modified to disgusted by the tense, by signifies a ownership of the verb and animals is the noun. Most is a better word choice for a adjective than almost all.
In spoken english it may be acceptable to use me at end of the sentence. It is not so in written english, Use the word I in the beginning of the sentence and build from there, when you are talking about yourself.
examples: I went to school.
I like cats.
or whatever.
