I know it is impossible to find a one size fit all strategy. I would very much like to see if there are any books or online web sites that could offer me the list (with descriptions) of commercialisation strategy adopted by various organisation so that I can start looking at them to find one or two that suit the need of my organisation.

Just to clarify... my organisation is a logistics organisation that deals extensively with engineering and maintenance. However we find that we cannot 'swallow' all so thinking of findings ways to outsource our existing functions.

you might want to explain a little more about your corporation as al strategies are based on one or more factors, there is never a "one size fits all" strategy unless your handing out leaflets which does little impact customer wise, but a dent in financial ways.

Public relations. Search non-profit public relations strategies. That's how they market themselves.
