My lease says that there are to bed no pets, but the pet addendum says that pets are allowed with a $250 deposit and a rent increase of $25 a month. Am I allowed to have a pet, or not? I have three neighbors that all have cats and dogs but I was told my the apartment management that animals are not allowed. What gives?

I just bought the car recently from a friend and it won't pass the smog check. I know in CA, you can't legally sell a car that won't pass, but since I bought it from a friend I was planning on just getting it fixed. I just don't know what I'm looking at costwise or what the probable causes are. Anyone?

I uninstalled NetZero, and just had a broadband install done. After the technician plugged everything in, it worked. I had to unplug it to move a piece of furniture, plugged everything back in exactly as he did, and now my computer is unable to find an IP address, and just assigns a 169 default. I tried to renew the IP, and a message pops up saying that an IP address could not be found. The broadband company said that the connections are correct on their end, and for "some reason" our laptop is refusing to assign an IP. Firewalls are also disabled. We have no viruses nor spyware either. I am stumped.

My brother and sister-in-law are expecting a baby in December. They have been living together for 3 years, but my brother's jack russell is very protective of him and bites his wife when they're too close together. The dog also refuses to obey the wife. He is very agressive and does whatever he pleases. This is obviously a huge problem with a baby on the way. Any advice on how they can change the dog's attitdue toward the wife? The dog has already been neutered.

I have read Lord of the Rings and really enjoyed. I have also read the first book in the Dragonlance but couldn't get excited about it. Right now I'm reading the Harry Potter books but am almost finished. Any suggestions on a new fantasy series to pick up?

I’m 15year old dating this really great Guy. I Love him to death and I would do any thing 4 him. But here l8ly we’ve been fighting like cats and dogs. We feel like our relationship is slowly but surly diminishing. But neither one of us wants to let it go. We're not all ways fighting. Actually we have more good days than we do bad. But when we do fight, the fights are BIG! Iv Broke up w/ him once (for 10min) and threatened to just be friends twice. We Love each other to death and it’s obvious. We have a wedding date set and every thing! Life is great other than the fighting. What should I do? I want every thing fixed, I just don’t know how or where to start.

Al Qaeda's propaganda originally centerd on only Islamic themes... Stuff like "Jihad against the kafir". Now Al Qaedas propaganda is entirely plagerized from the Left. Thats a fact....not for debate. Of course, the still mix in a call for religious genocide on all non-muslims, but otherwise, their themes come entirely from leftist propaganda.

Is this because they have exausted all the hate in the Quran and now must use leftist hate or is there a real alliance here?

what if i signed a contract when i was underage?
When i was 16 i signed a mobile phone contract (stupidly) but the minimum age was 18, i put in a different date of bith and the contract was allowed.
After some time i ceased to pay the bill(woops) and now credit agencies contact me asking for repayment, so i contacted them and they told me that my parents are liable, i think there just saying that, and were really quite rude :-( i didnt know what i was commiting too at the time. Now they have sent the account for "futher action" what are they going to do? ahhh lol
