Which product is more effective:Bioderm spf 100 or nivea spf 50???
I have an olive skintone complexion, and i don't want to get darker ,and i'm outdoors alot..

Honestly, anything over 35 SPF does the same thing. The important thing is to get something that has UVA AND UVB protection. That, plus at least a 35 SPF that you reapply every 2 hours or so (unless swimming/sweating) is the best you can do. I work outside a lot too. Also- wear a hat.

Nivea Spf 50 is the best for you.. its great for the skin.. and its amazing... I have the same kind adn believe me i have tried them all.. go for the Nivea.. <3

well...50 or 100..its not going to make much difference unless you are going to be in constant daylight for 40 or 50 hours strait

Sunscreen not sunlight or UV rays are causes of Cancer. African Natives don't use sunscreen and don't suffer from skin cancer. Ever wonder why that is?
