One of my best friends joined the army a bit back now, i didnt want him to go in the first place but he said that it was what he wanted to do so i stood by his decision!! I have seen him once since he went in on my birthday, he said he was enjoying himself he loves it!! But i am terrified for him, we keep in tougch by letters but with all these storys of them being poorley equiped i am scared that something is going to happen to him.

He's 2 and he just pulled two small plastic cups off the counter (nothing in them), looked at them, looked at me, I looked at him and told him, "Those are dirty, will you please put them back on the counter?" He smiled ear to ear, and threw them across the kitchen, then came up to me and held out his hand for me to smack it......I planned on smacking his hand for doing that but it's like he knew I was going to. Some kids RUN when they know they did something wrong and mom is approaching them saying, "no, you don't throw!"

Then after I smacked his hand, he ran off laughing.

What's your view on this? Or, would a normal, healthy 2 year do this? (Weird!)

I have been going out with this guy for the past four years. I love him to death, but he hasn't graduated high school yet. (He is 23). I have stressed to him how important that it is to me for him to have an education. I am in college and am planning on attending law school. How long should I wait for him to get his act together? Or am I just stupid and he will never grow up?

My son was born 3-1/2 weeks early. His blood type is A+. He had physiological jaundice and TTN. Also, his bowel movements are infrequent, once every week or 10 days. He is on breast-feeds only.

My friend was diagnosed as being HIV after helping a guy who had been bitten by a dog. Blood squirted into her face and she contacted HIV through the blood going into her eyes. She is devastated as she has young children and only recently divorced. It hurts me when she meets somebody, and she insists on telling them her status. She has printed pages of literature of how HIV can be contacted which she hands to her new friends when informing them of her status. Then I get the emails, "will he/she contact me again". When she told me, I grabbed her,hugged her and told her I would always be there for her. Quite a few have just left. She is such a good person, and it is killing me watching what she has to endure.

I have been thinking about homeschooling for a long time. For a few reasons:
1. i don't learn that well with other people also asking questions and me not getting enough personal help
2. i learn at different paces and rates for every class and my school only offers two levels for each class
3. the way i am being taught is not working for me at school
4. i am often sick and miss alot of school
5. i enjoy spending time w/ my family, not teachers who barely know me
6. i don't have ne friends at school, all my friends go to different schools


but how should i tell my mom about this? and would my brother have to be homeschooled too?
any help would be great.
