I'd say lose 6.5kg first. Once you get there, based on how comfortable you feel, you could aim to do a bit more. Remember, the perfect body is a healthy and happy one. Good luck!

So am I right in saying you are 143lb and 5ft3 inches tall? Sorry I'm not very good with kg and cm's.

If that is the case, you would probably want to lose 10lb to be more healthy. Ideal weight for your height would be between 110lb-125lb. HTH : )

for females the body mass ratio should be between 18 and 23.
currently it is 25.4
to make it 23 your weight should be 58kgs
for 18 it should be 46kgs.

Depends on how you define perfect.
Your ideal healthy weight should be around 50-55kg.
However, if you wanna be celebrity-skinny, you will be around 39kg.
