I cannot track the tracking number as the website was cancelled.
And the seller mail address has also been cancelled.
Please help.

Sorry, dude. That's not in the form of a question. You are going to have to be reported.
Also, next time use a legitimate method of purchase. Sounds like you got scammed. Just file a report with aol, your credit card or bank, and your local police.

If the website and email address are both cancelled you are probably a victim of fraud. Contact your local FBI office if you want to try to prosecute under wire fraud.

oh no dont sound too good. i hate to say it but this sounds like you been ripped off. i cant think what to suggest. just make sure you keep anything to do with that company or person on your pc and show the police they can trace people through i.p adresses i think. and good luck and i do hope you either get your money back or get the laptop you brought

was it bought of ebay cuz if it was i think they have fraud controls and stuff otherwise i think youve been ripped off contact policeif it was bought of ebay contact them
