The question is.
Tina needs batteries. AA batteries cost $3.00 per pack. D batteries cost $4.00 per pack. If she has $26 to spend and buys 3 times as many packs of AA batteries as D batteries, how many packs of each does she buy?
I said 6 and 2 but I don't know how to explain how I got the answer to my child. I just keep breaking it down. They have to be an easier way to example step by step to her. Thanks for everybodies help.

I took a hit from my friends vaporizer bag (im sure someone know what im talking about) at a party 13 days ago. Im pretty small guy that runs about 3 miles every night. Last night my bf calls me and says he's going hunting and then to the bar to play pool with his buddies. I said OK. Well then my best friend calls and wants me to go to watch strippers at the local bar. I go and when I get home he's not there. I told him this morning where I had gone last night and now he's mad. He didn't get home until 1:00am and I was home at 11:30pm I wasn't mad and I dont think he should be . What do you think?

Be it mexican or salvadoranian the ones who cross the border illegally do so for work. The ones who cross legally do so to go shopping and spend mega cash and pay lots of sales tax which they do not profit from. Americans cross into mexico to get laid, drunk or buy drugs and a few as tourists, very few. Tijuana is the busiest border crossing. and the only thing to do in Tijuana is go to the bars or strip clubs, massage parlours where you cant get a massage 1000's of pharmacies which will sell things they shouldnt but with 20 dlls a dr. will write you a prescription. There are also 1000's of americans who live in Tijuana illegally and no one says a word as long as they arent bothering anyone who cares. If there were no illegals in the fields how many citizens are willing to go out there and pick for 20 a day for a 10 hr day 6 days a week. Sure there has to be some kind of control but people are getting ridiculous. noone ever said anything before about them so why now?

It seems my color cartridge is always running out because every time I hit PRINT, it prints in color when it is really not needed. I would be satisfied with non-color 99% of the time. I hope there is an easy solution.

It has occured to me that it is quite convenient for men who create unplanned pregnancies to be advocates of pro-choice. If men are not also responsible for this unborn child then this argument has nothing to do with men and should be a gender specific debate. So, if women are the only ones with any choice to be made (according to pro-choice advocates) then why isn't it a women's only debate? And further, if only women get the choice of pregnancy then why is any man responsible for the financial support of this child once it is born? If he doesn't have a say on its gestation and it becomes the property of the woman then his role should be done for good.

If men are also responsible for the creation of babies then why are they not also required to approve an abortion procedure?

ok, i have a 3 month old german sheperd, and when i let him outta his kennel to play, if i turn my head for a SECOND, he either has his head in the cat box or he just brought something outta it, its the clumping kind. i also have a 4 year old jack russell terrier and i have seen her do it before to. NOT often tho. like once a couple months. why do they do this?
i know some of u will say to pick the cat box up and put it higher, well i have tried this and i dont really want a cat litter box on my counters,

why is he doing this? i heard he could be missing some kinda nutrients or something? has anyone elses dog done this? serious answers PLLEEASSE

At a certain school all the pupils who are fasting have to take part in phsyical education in which they have to take part in football or basket ball or in some cases cross country. the letter states that if any pupil feels disy or that they can not take part of the lesson that they would be treated however the school expect them to get dressed then when they are out of energy they can be excused. is there any law that can out line this stupid school policy?

Everyone does it. Propaganda. But does anyone realize that there are thousands of pamphlets, posters, websites, etc. of propaganda from Islamic groups, which are building bigger followings, that are exact replicas of propaganda used in Nazi Germany?
