During class, im pretty quiet. I dunno why. My friends are in some of my classes, but I dont have nething to say. But then afterschool with friends, im really loud and confident. ??

It's ok to focus on learning and passing classes. Just calm yourself down afterwards when you have a lot to say.

A lot of people are more comfortable in different situations. Maybe at school you just don't feel as at home and talkative in that organized environment.

No, I don't think that is weird. I think your parents probably taught you when you should be loud, and outgoing and shouldn't be. You know when you should act well-behaved in appropiate places and times, respectful.
