I go to bed at 10pm
I wake up at 6am
7AM: Breakfast
Two (2) Plain Scrambled Eggs, 8oz Skim Milk, 8oz Fresh-Squeezed Orange Juice, Four (4) Sliced Strawberries, One (1) Banana
2PM: Lunch
One (1) Nutrigrain Bar -OR- One (1) Nature Valley Granola Bar
7PM: Dinner
One (1) Tuna Salad Sandwich w/Lettuce & Tomato on a Spinach Wrap -OR- One (1) Chicken Salad Sandwich w/Lettuce & Tomato on a Spinach Wrap -OR- Turkey, Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato Sandwich on a Spinach Wrap -OR- (any of the above on a whole grain roll), 8oz Spring Water, 8oz Skim Milk
Each day, I:
Run one mile
Do 250 jumping jacks
Do 50 pushups
Do 50 situps/curlups
Stretch my leg, thigh, arm muscles
Walk about a mile per day going back and forth to class
Is this a relatively healthy daily lifestyle? I am trying to lose weight. I weighed 167lbs last month and am 5'11". I have, however, gained a few pounds since I've been at college and I'd estimate that I weigh about 172 right now.
