If you said anything illegal, or any mention of anything illegal, the guy could have reported you. It could have been a setup. If you did not mention anything illegal, you may have said or done something that was against the rules. You may want to read the rules and make sure. If you did not break any rules, someone may have just falsely reported you, so you got that automatic response message. Don't be scared though, as long as you did nothing wrong. Everything will be fine. It can seem scary at the time, but it shouldn't be, so you can relax :)

Stop e mailing him. And get a new IP and don't go back to that chat room.
If the source was yahoo or msn you may have broken a rule, if the head of the chatroom I am not sure what they can do except get you kicked off yahoo or msn.

Do you keep your system up to date with the Windows updates, and you have a good Anti-Virus and Firewall protection software on your system?
I'm just asking, because I'm wondering if you aren't vulerable to hackers.
Did you try to go back into the chat room, and were you able to get in?
