Sorry, I forgot to add.

I drink 64oz of water per day (8 glasses) or more. I just drink them periodically and not on a timed schedule.

You have done great so far! Congratulations! Now what you need to know is that you will need to change your program for continued success. I recommend that you begin a whole body weight resistance program that targets all the major muscle groups using compound free weight or dumbbell exercises.Your metabolism only increases during cardio; when your heart rate returns to normal you return to your average metabolic rate. You should include a whole-body weight resistance program to increase muscles mass and protect your bone mass from depleting with age. For every ounce of muscle gain your metabolism will increase 24 hours a day as long as you maintain your increase muscle mass. Remember to eat 4 to 5 small healthy meals daily instead of skipping meals (starvation actually slows your metabolism). Try to eat healthy 5 to 6 days a week and have 1 "free day" every week instead of trying to be "perfect" all the time. You can enjoy food and be happy with your choices as long as you don't go to extremes every time you feel guilty. Food is pleasurable so enjoy. The nutrigrain bars are not a quality food.
You should include a whole-body weight resistance workout, at least 1-2 times a week, using 2-3 sets of 8-12 reps to stimulate lean muscle mass and keep your bone density healthy. Increasing your daily activity by walking, biking or swimming for fun at least 30 minutes will help with your weight mangagement. No matter how much weight you want to loose; it takes a lifestyle choice to stay healthy for a lifetime. You can do it, but it will take focus and time. Find a group of friends to join you on your journey to keep you on the path to success. Team work will help you during the hard times

That sounds like a relatively healthy meal for one day and if you are following that exercise regiment on a daily basis, kudos to you. One thing I would definitely look at is your average calorie/fat ratio on a daily basis. I did Weight Watchers for a year and a half and lost 68 pounds. The thing I noticed from the beginning is that sometimes I had to eat more to lose weight. Your body requires a certain amount of calories and fat each day in order to continue losing weight and eventually you will run into plateaus where no matter what you do, you will not lose weight. If you are serious about losing weight, I would definitely consider Weight Watchers because the program teaches you how to eat healthy as well as what your daily calorie/fat ratio should be. Keep up the good work, losing weight is hard, but not impossible!

Yes this sounds like a very healthy lifestyle, you are not starving yourself which is great. And you are getting PLENTY of exercise. I would suggest however, taking at least one day off of exercising so your muscles have resting time...you may not feel that your body needs the rest, but it does, that's what any doctor will tell you.

the reason you gained weight is because you are gaining muscle.....you normally gain about 5 lbs of muscle before you start to see weight loss. And if you just keep gaining, then i would say cut back on the amount of protein in your diet, cause protein builds lots of muscle.

You might want to eat more vegetables.

Also, it looks like you aren't drinking nearly enough water, especially if you are exercising as much as you say you are every day.

If you are still concerned about losing weight, check the ingredients of the chicken salad and tuna salad. Mayonnaise has a LOT of fat and calories.

Also... just curious... if you are in college, how in the world are you getting to bed at 10pm each night??

Run more than one mile - effective cardio should be about 20 minutes non-stop.

I would also cut down on the jumping jacks, and add substantially more ab curls and pushups. If there is a way you can find to add pullups as well, that would help develop your lats, which are the largest single muscle - and big muscles burn more calories at rest.

It is mostly a heathy daily life style. You are supossed to have 6 small meals and day (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and 2 snacks) Try to have a sandwhich (try to stick with whole wheat bread) or any kind of chicken or protein for lunch.

you really should add a bit of whole grains to the diet, and also should have something a little healthier for lunch. But your exercise plan seems fairly good. I would just work on balancing the diet better.
