I need to prepare an enrichment culture of Methylobacterium mesophilicum. I just read online, that I should use methanol as my only carbon source.
The ingredients I had originally thought about where:
5g peptone, 3g meat extract, 15g agar, 1000ml water, 1% methanol. I was also going to add 10 mg of MnSO4 for sporulation

Does anyone know? Please help

The most caring child- The winner was a four-year old child whose next door neighbor was an elderly gentleman who had recently lost his wife. Upon seeing the man cry, the little boy went into the old gentleman's yard, climbed onto his lap, and just sat there.

When his Mother asked what he had said to the neighbor, the little boy said,

At present I am sitting on a hunk of change earning pennies in a “high” yield savings account. I want to move this money into something more profitable. Up until now my two ex-lovers managed my money very successfully earning 110% profits during the internet boom and 40% profits in retail over the past four years. However, in between I poorly invested in Fidelity mutual funds. I’ve since sold my S&P fund, but I still have about $5,000 in Computers (Select).

Question #1: Keep the Fidelity Computers or sell and cut losses?

Question #2: What is the best way to invest in the energy sector avoiding penny stocks, junk bonds, shorting and high risk? Please advise for both long and short term investments.

Question #3: Where should I start my research? I am not looking for stock tips—instead give me tools to educate myself to bring in greater profits than my ex-lovers did.

PLEASE

Thank you!

My girlfriend and I are having this argument.
I say that people choose to be gay because that is there sexually preference, that what they want, and the way they choose to be.
My girlfriend says that gay people are born that way,and really don't have a choice in the matter.
Who would you say was correct.

This week, Robert F. Kennedy has another article out about our election process -- before you reply, please read it. If you have different information that refutes his article, please share it in your response.

It is one thing to say that "all elections are crooked" and that "both sides have their ways to do this" and another to accept this as reality to our election system.

NO side should be able to manipulate elections and that is what we should be concerned about. So, will the next election be hacked?

I'm in training to be a cage fighter, but she says I'm too old (35) and too fat (5'10" 205 lbs). I come home with bruises and sprains from my MMA classes -- my co-workers think that I'm a wife beater or bar brawler.

My girlfriend smokes cigarettes and cooks fatty foods -- which make me fat, and the cigarette smoke grosses me out the more I'm around it.

This is really hurting my MMA aspirations. What should I do?

She only lives about 50 yards away from me so she can see everything I do, when I walk my dog, when I leave and return, etc. She even tells me she knows when I'm on the computer because she looks to see if the light is on in that room. She comes over uninvited and never leaves on her own. I have to lie and tell her I have something to do. I have even gotten in my car and left for a while. I have told her 3 times and emailed her once explaining that I just want to be friends, that I don't want a relationship with anyone - not just her and all other things. She just doesn't seem to get it. I feel like I am being stalked. help!

Let me explain a little better. "How can an individual explain to a Homosexual/Lesbian/Transexual/Bisexual person that their sexual status is a sin according to the Bible/God's Word?".
What about scripture, and if so, which ones?
How do we approach, how do we explain with out offending?
Plus, just a little ionformation for those who don't think twice: There is a difference between Judging and Warning. If a person say's "Don't light that match, the result will be fire", then thats a warning. The same I think applies to when a person say's "If you die in your sins, hell fire awaits you". People just don't understand that it's a warning that is being sent out, not a judgement.Keep that in mind when answering.
Also, I love Homosexual/Lesbian/ (all), but I hate the Homosexuality/Lesbianism in them.
And incase any one wants to come up with the 'They were Born Gay' arguement, remember that if a God clearly states that such a thing is sinful, he wouldn't have made them in the first place.
