In our divorce decree the children are to be covered by fathers insurance. The dental office when I first set up my kids appts. said the bills would have to be sent to him because the insurance is in his name. Well, he is not paying the bills. I pay all the up front fees they ask for because he never takes them to get work done. He says they don't need it because its too expensive but they have severly buck teeth and need braces. He spends lots of money on medical bills etc. for his girlfriend and her kids though. My kids really want the braces but it looks like I will have to find a way to pay up front cost and bills after insurance. The dentist will not continue to see them otherwise. We have a so-called 50-50 arrangement according to the decree but he just isn't doing his part. I don't know if I should just scrape on by or if I should really try to modify custody and residency so I can get help for my kids. Isn't his disregard for their physical well being child neglect and abuse?

there is a possibility that my son is going to get kicked in the balls by a girl tomorow. on friday he grabbed a girl at his bustop's chest and ran off. and he's only 12! to impress his freinds maybe? she told a freidn who told my daughter that when she sees him she's going for the balls. i don't know if she's serious or not, but it has my son spooked. he wants me to let him stay home from school. i offered to call the school and/ or her mother, but - amazingly he prefers to accept his fate to the social consequecnes of my call.

so my questions are -

1. is he old enough to be getting a boot to the berries for the frist time?

2. if she does it, is it a fair response?

I'm going to Arizona in October, my friend and I want to take a day trip to Mexico, since neither of us have been to Mexico via a land border, I don't know what place to cross @. We are going to park on the US side and walk across. We are going mainly to do a little shopping. Which crossings do you suggest? I've considered Nogales or Lukeville, but it looks like Lukeville would require a car to get to the shopping. thanks for any info!

um i need to name at least one characteristic of living things that is shown in each of the following examples

Then usable characteristics of living things are

I don't know how to put this. I'll try. I think I discovered something about myself. I have a serious difficulty learning new things and I have very poor short-term memory. I’ve never been the studious type in my younger days. I'm not young. I find myself surrounded by young people half my age who are faster and have bodies that heal quicker than mine. I face a serious language barrier. Companies in my country no longer prefer English-speaking people like myself. I don’t have the money to educate myself. On top of that, I have depression and have a history of it. And I have developed a serious phobia of meeting people outside. Is there a free way I can help myself? F.y.i., I can’t afford medication etc. I’d appreciate respectful answers.

My ex and I dated for 4 years off and on. The trouble started when we moved 1,000 miles away for a job that he took. Shortly after the move he started taking on the phone for hours with this girl that he used to work with coming home late from work. He broke it off with me about 3 months after our move to persue a relationship with her. I decided to stay in town and go day by day. A few months later he later begged me to take him back since his relationship was not working and I did hoping things would be different. Well about a year later he decided to break up again. I decided to move back home because I was tired of having an on and off relationship. I found a new job and a place to live and have gotten settled in. Now 6 months later he has been asking me to move back and is promising marriage. I still love him and I have been wanting to get married to him for years. He has broken promises to me in the past. Help me decide if I should take him back and move again.

My parents are dead and I'm already distanced from my brothers. I was considering just moving to another state and starting an new life and throwing my past away. But, I hate to walk away from all my friends. I'm not sure how they'd take it, but I feel the need to find a life partner. I'm 47 and time's running out. Up to this point, I've acted very straight and doubt many people would suspect my real orientation. Are there any support groups for this?

I went to college before and withdrew b/c it was too much $ and 1500 miles from home. Now I'm back in school again, but I've been sick for a month now with back to back viruses and flu and such and I've missed a lot of class time. I'm so behind on work and if I miss another day I fail the course completely. I'm not even sure what I want to do with my life, so picking my classes is difficult and I chose the wrong ones. Should I just take a leave of absence for a semester go to the doctors and figure out what I want to do? Or suck it up and deal with it?
