Rep. Adam Putnam is the youngest, at age 30. If Murphy is younger than that on Inaugration day (I couldn't find out his year of birth, so I'm not sure, he certainly looks young enough though), then yes, he would be.

nope iam i65 years old stil cram in the viagara walk around with a cane around here banging into things hons, and iam bald, and still sexy as all hell, i cram in my viagara, and go off too the janotors closet and bang my secutary hons, and iam so old nobody has told me about social security yet hons, i just fall aslepp at these damn boring metiing and they just keep relecting me too sit here and do nothing but fall aslepp, eat ans screw in the broom closet hons nice way too make a living hey screwing people hons??
