your child try to set you up on a date? I'm 43 and my daughter invited me out to dinner and it turned out she was setting me up on a blind date with a 36 y/o classmate.

haha awww i dont have any kids, but this man i know who is 42 has three boys, and all of them especially the youngest,3, is always tryin to set us up.. lol its not gunna happen.. but its cute i love his kids. Either they are tryin to get men their father together, or try to get with me its pretty cute haha...

I would immediately put up a boundary after you get over the embarrassment of the moment at hand. You've already been, right?
The thought was nice, but I'd be forever furious if my daughter did that (considering if I wasn't happily married right now)...she has her life to run, she doesn't need to meddle into mine.

Okay, after my Aunt got divorced, my cousin and I started noticing this really nice guy at school functions. It turned out he was also divorced and was one of our classmates dad. So, we talked to him and told him that we would be bringing my aunt to the next football game and would love to introduce them. He agreed. So, they met, and they have been married for almost ten years now. Who knows you better than your kids? You can be sure that they have your best interests in mind. Good luck, and have fun!

YES MY SON DID ONCE AND IT WAS A NICE MAN BUT OBVIOUSLY WE WERE 2 DIFERENT PEOPLE...TO MUCH DIFFERENCES...LASTED 2 YEARS AND THATS BOUT IT
