To make the long story short..I was with my boyfriend for three months. We really loved each other and he cared for me a lot. Then I and him both got busy and I didn't see him for two weeks and he kept telling me that he will see me when we both have more time. One day I got mad at him and I broke up with him. He called me and explained that he was busy. I said ok. Then he called me two days later and said he will call me again, but he never did. He deleted all the online pictures that we had together. He did not return my phone call after that. I still love him and I can't get over him. It's been about three weeks and I can't forget him. Should I send him an email and tell him that I love him and I want him back? Please help.

With a shortage of the flu vaccine last year I came up with an idea:

There is a new flu vaccine every year because the influenza virus evolves every year to be resistant to last years vaccine. This means that if you don't believe in evolution, you don't believe there is a need for a new vaccine every year. There should be a statement you have to sign in order to get the vaccine basically stating you accept evolution as scientific fact and that is why you would like a vaccine. I know a lot of people who would refuse to sign something like that. So wouldn't that keep us from having a shortage?

What are the best neighborhoods within Brooklyn to live? We want a very "neighborhood feel" with lots of bars, restaurants, cafes, etc..also a safe place. And on the flip side, what areas of Brooklyn should we avoid?

What is the Disney cartoon?
My son watched this cartoon the other day and he loved it. It was a clay like cartoon (mix between Wallace and Gromit and a toon) about the character overstating his pumpkin. And, invited the town for a pumpkin pie but didn't have a big enough pumpkin to make. The characters sounded Australian and it looked like they lived in the Outback.

Can someone tell me the toon?

Employers can turn down job applicants without giving an in depth WRITTEN reason. Why? Are they using smokescreens to avoid the real reason whether it be age/colour/sex etc. Why cant this be policed and the written reasons checked by an independent body?

My first day of my last period was on 9/1/06. My cycle is 28 days. I'm trying to get pregnant, I had sex almost every day since my last period ended. On 9/24/06 I went to the bathroom and noticed some spotting, and then hours later I went to the bathroom again, and no more spotting. I want to mention that I was having some light cramping too, since yesterday. Could I be pregnant or is too early to know?

I have been with him for almost 5 years and the last two he has gotten into drugs. He knows he has a problem but really doesn't want help. He thinks he can beat this on his own. I am pretty deep into our relationship and have made my last stand. Either he gets help or I'm gone. I understand only he can help himself but I'm growing concerned for his safety and the safety of his family. What is the best way to handle the situation?

I have a project on Physics which is either make a telescope or a microscope. Does anyone know any site where they tell you how to? We can do reports on it. I hate doing reports. One reason is cause I am not the 'CREATIVE' person. Or we can do a poem. So if you guys know a weird, wacky, FUNNY poem on either telescopes or microscopes, PLEASE do be co-operative. I promise the finder or giver of the best answer, 10 points! ♥

The Cultured Cinephile:
From the moment I heard Richard call "Olive" by her name, I knew that this name did not fit with the other quotidien names in the film. It has a special significance which I believe is the key to understanding the film. First, an olive branch is a sign of peace and the end of discord and fighting. Olive is the olive branch that brings peace and unity to the entire family. Even more important, it was an olive branch that was the sign to Noah in the ark that the waters of the Great Flood had receded and there was dry land. So the Van can be seen as an ark passing through the rough waters to salvation. I think we can take it one step further and see the Hoover family on their trip as an allegory for the Church (the Bark of Christ) journeying to redemption. The weakness and the sinfulness of the characters shows that need for members of Christ's Church to grow in love, willingness to suffer, acceptance of others faults and weaknesses, forgiveness and mercy, etc. St. Vincent de Paul summed it up when he said, "The Church is not a gallery of saints, but a hospital for sinners."

According to FBI statistics, more than 16,000 Americans are murdered each year, by other Americans. So, from 2000 to 2005, that would be more than 80,000 people. From what I can learn from the news, less than 3,000 have died in terrorist attacks.
Who scares you more?
