I do see a girl from my college often she is not from my class i know her and recognise her i came across her twice or thrice do you think she knows me

She knows you by sight as that guy she sees around campus. for the love of pete just go up and talk to her. I'm not saying be a stalker and follow her around but just say "Hi, I've seen you around and I like your smile"

It depends on if you have made yourself noticeable to her. Do you say anything to her when you see her? If not, and you just stare at her all the time. She might think youre retarded.
