Motivation is the driving factor but a little intellect is also required. Most billionares, corporate titans, and entrepreneurs today are either highschool or college drop outs. However, this does not mean they're dumb. They achieved their success through hardwork and motivation so that tells you what the college insists on teaching you can't guarantee your future success. But do stay in school because ultimately, a college degree will open many doors for you!

I would say neither as success is marked by where you have come from and where you are going regardless of your intelligence or the motivation. If an intelligent boy has to pass a maths test for money, and another passes because he is motivated the end result is sucess for both of them. However, if a boy with learning difficulties who is naturally bad at maths passes the same test as the intelligent boy and the motivated boy, I would say that his sucess was the greatest because he has come the furthest without promise of any reward apart from knowing that he did his very best. This is surely the most important result of success.

Intelligent motivation. Definitely a play on words. Personally it is hard to have one without the other. Yet there are many who have started with nothing, money or education, yet they have advanced and became great entrepreneurs and even millionaire. Therefore, I would have to say that the motivational drive, would be more of a asset.

I think that they are equally important. Intelligence is definitely key but if you are not motivated I don't believe that it is possible to be successful.

Both of them are related to each other, if you are intelligence but demotivated, you won't success. If you are motivated but you are not intelligence to do what you want to do, you also won't success. So, you must own both of them in order to be successed. Both of them are most important.

Motivation...for without it you will not have the desire to accomplish success. Success comes in small easily attainable steps. Each step building a foundation from which one can reach another step with out falling. As you move step by step upward on your self-built ladder you experience more and more motivation...which leads you to move upward with excitment.
