A recent article in Reuters said:

At a "Values Voters Summit" sponsored by leading religious conservative groups, some activists said President George W. Bush and Republican leaders showed too much pragmatism and too little concern for issues like abortion, immigration and banning gay marriage.

"There is no question people are frustrated with the Republican Party. The message it sends is: 'We don't care where you stand, we just want you to be a Republican,"' said Phil Burress, president of the Ohio-based Citizens for Community Values.

Who will you support? The other side? I think not. It may just be time for you to accept that no matter how hard you try, how much money you raise for the purpose, and how many politicians tell you they will fight for your cause, you cannot change the fact that America is a democratic republic, not a theocricy. The GOP used to be about small government, low taxes, and states/individual rights. Not gay marriage, abortion, immigration.

ok i have asked many other questions but now im over allly confused, on the 14th i missed my period its usually 3-4 days long well i didnt have any bleeding up until last night i thought i was 3 weeks pregnant is it possible to be 3-4 weeks pregnant and still bleed im still bleeding now its not as much as my perriod would be but now im afraid im not preg cause i wanna be also ive never been late like this b4 im always regular and i was gonna go for a blood preg test monday but my mom really dont have the money now im wondering if any one noes anthing that might help me out other than i need to go to the docter also i was getting the morning sickness too is it possible that maybe my body is retainingmore blood than it needs at the moment for the baby and has to let some go plz let me no plz no wise guys

I am not referring to actual teachers, but more like para-educators I(teaching assistants, day care workers, etc.) I cringe when I see someone working with children say "axed" instead of asked. I understand that some people seem to be proud of their own vernacular, but shouldn't an efford be make to speak standard English around impressionable small children?

then she went for a couch potatoe, and now she is with this ugly, possessive pr**k who won't even let her go to the john alone. I have tried speaking with her, ya know.........you are smart, good looking, you don't need him ect. But to no avail. She started lieing to all of her friends because of this man, none of her friends like him. I have tried to be supportive, but I can't stand liars, so it's hard. And, yes, I have caught her in lies. Never mind my question about the lack of "Indians" in football - every UK hospital is PACKED with nurses from almost every 3rd-world nation - but you NEVER see an Anglo "Indian" girl amongst 'em...!!! I tell you - like no other nationality on earth - they pick and choose according to what they perceive as the "quality' of a job. (There are PLENTY of Anglo "Indian" doctors - but they just won't settle for (what they see as) lower grade jobs...!!! The "Indian" sub-continent is so hugely deprived, immigarants from that region refuse to take up low-grade work - (i.e., they see Cricket, Tennis and Business as "quality pursuits" but Football and Nursing as socially low-grade, down-market occupations)
They seem overwhelmingly class-conscious (after British Raj rule, no doubt...!) and consequently are terrified of poverty and only EVER back winners, or support successful teams...

When you get very annoying, fraudulent, money-hungry emails in your inbox that aren't supposed to be there in the first place, do you find it ethical to forward their emails back to them? Sometimes they go through and sometimes they don't, but maybe we can annoy them in return. What do you think?

well now she has spoken kinda directly to me, but i was playing football and i pretended that i didn't rlly make a big deal, the conversation went:

her: i hate u (not in a meaningful way, in more of a childish-i don't know what to say-because i think u like me-kinda way)

me: thank you (as a quick, not -really caring response, i didn't rleally even look at her either)

during the football game, (it was just a school pickup game) i noticed out of my periferal vison she was talking to friends and looking at me running and scoring td's. she was also doing like cartwheels (which, i've never seen her do them b-4....so.........what now, remember rd my 2nd previous question for more details for 10 pts

Dear gals, My husband insists on me getting a Brazilian Waxing and apply Henna on the Lower abdomen and the Vagina. It does look beautiful, and it turns my husband on , but of late it is causing a bit of an irritation. My husband uses KY Jelly. Is this the cause ? I heard that Henna is natual and harmless.
