well, I can tell you that if (and that's a big if) he's dead, he'd be about 49 years old. However, I think it's just a rumor that he's dead. Bush doesn't want to believe it because many people, whom are family related to Osama or whether they're friends/supporters of him, will do just about anything to keep him safe from us. By telling others this false rumor of his death, we would stop looking for him and move on. I don't think Bush is stupid enough to fall for that kind of trick (even though he hasn't been using his noodle properly). Even if Osama bin laden is dead, Al-Qaeda or any other family members of his or friends will easily take his place and create more destructive plans for the U.S.A. I don't see why Saudi Arabia and many other countries don't seem to like us just because we're more advanced than they are.

There is not confirmed report. It was a rumor the French DGSE needs to follow up on and planned to do without disclosing to anyone else.

So now the investigation will be into who leaked the report to the French press, not into whether it is true or not.

The French newspapers are nototiously wrong, they rank somewhere between the National Enquirer and The Sun Daily.

I think we will have to wait and see, no one report can be trusted to be factual. It may or may not come out in the future, but bottom line we can only hope as Bush has no intentions of ever catching his friend Bin Laden.
