I have kinda gone beyond what this site was supposed to be made for and I know that...I also know that each of you who have so patiently answered my questions have taken time out of your busy day to try and help me see some kind of sense in things. I really do appreciate the input and I want to thank each and every one of you who responded, even those of you who just gave a smart assed response because everything was valuable to me. I have to say that nothing has been resolved yet and I am still looking at getting on that plane and landing in LGW with tears in my eyes. I'm in my 20s and in love with my best friend (who is a guy). We've been inseparable for about two and a half years...it's like we're dating except it's completely plutonic (no sexual stuff at all). He flirts with me like CRAZY ex. teasing, tickling, yesterday he was supposed to pick me up for something but I ended up having to work and he said "that sucks, I was really looking forward to seeing you". About a year ago I asked him why we weren't dating, and he said that he didn't want to ruin the friendship. He's dated two girls for maybe two/three weeks each in the last two years and I know he's not gay. He's a smart guy, so I'm not sure if he realizes that eventually we'll meet other ppl and not stay really close friends like we are now. I'm confused, if he loves me like he says he does, why wouldn't he want to be with me...thinking marriage. If anyone could shed some light on this for me I'd appreciate it! Thanx.

MY ex keeps calling me..its been a year and half since we broke up. I only ask because Einstien said that planets are heavy and make dents in space time etc, and that rest energy = relative mass times light speed in a vacuum squared.
Yet if relative mass does not mean weight (I think that weight is also affected by density) then wouldn't the theory of relativity have to take account of this?
I read for example that if you took Saturn and dropped it in a bath it would float.
Does that mean it is light relative to its size? Does that mean it is not heavy? Does that mean it does not make a dent in space time relative to its size because it is not heavy?
Is it weight or size that makes a dent in space time?
Does rest energy = mass and density and spin and movement and relation to other bodies whilst in a stationary orbit?
