1) A guy that has a decent job, (I MAKE EXCELLENT MONEY, but would expect my guy to still work steady ie; M-F), Someone that has all their teeth, good oral hygiene is very important, clean (blue collar work is fine just stay well groomed). Being physically attracted to each other obviously).
2) If you talk with her and she ask you about you and your interests, hobbies, maybe some flirtation without over doing it, she makes eye contact with you, doe's not make excuses or tries to avoid or brush you off. Men make a mistake by coming off to pushy so let it develop at a natural pace. Men can come off as desperate and that is a BIG turn off. Last but not least all you can do is ask for her phone number or ask her out and see what she says. But, beware of the female that looks for someone they know are interested in them and they use the guy for their own selfish wants and needs. Good luck.

What do you look for in a girl. Is it looks, hygene, money, health, job, fame? See if you match what you're looking for. If not than you have work to do on you.
If your an old pot bellied, foul mothed jerk, don't expect to get a nice, pretty, young girl.

smarts, money, rough yet sensitive in a lil way, outlook on life looks, family values meaning if he respects his mom he will definetly respect his woman, respect. love potential but hopefully already on the road to a career and car, must have a car. if she is still around after a month or so she is still into you. if she keeps smiling when you call and come around she is still into you. if she tells you she loves you she is still into you. if you can really keep her happy without doing a thing she is still into you

all d gals r different and so r their thoughts. its hard to tell wat exactly a gal need in a man. firstly coz gals in general have proved dat dey r such big fools dat they dont know wat they want in their life and secondly bcoz wen dey r close to u dey act sticky.
but one thing is sure enough. dey want u to buy dem watever dey demand and pay their phone bills. quite true for indian gals.
and hey dont ever act llike a freaky stupid jerk coz dey will know dat u r acting unnatural. so act matured and talk sense.
