coffee, crabs and sushi.
By the way tell you some jokes:
-Doctor! I have a serious problem, I can never remember what i just said.
-When did you first notice this problem?
-What problem?
One more joke:
A guy calls his vet and says "What should I do with my cat?Vet says "What do you mean? Guy says "I had a leak in my lawnmowers gas tank and the cat drank the gas. Then the cat began to run around and around the yard, climbed a tree. then fell out of the tree stiff. Vet says "Is the cat dead? Guy replies "nope he ran out of gas.
Last of all just want to tell you that whatever you do, just don't give up. Also you must love and care for the people around you. In that way they will also show you the love that you show to them. Just be yourself and happy everyday. Wish you all the best and good luck!!

Big whole dried red chillies, garlic and onions.
I can then use the chillies whole, crushed or ground; garlic will add flavour to any dish without needing salt or other seasonings; both garlic and onions can be fried or roasted and if done slowly will add caramalise to help give me a sugar fix. Onions can also thicken sauces if grated. All three can be used with vegetables, meat, fish, shellfish, grains, pulses and so on allowing a flexible combination of flavourings and textures.

Cheese - it adds flavour to any savoury dish and turns a plain jacket potato, toast or bowl of pasta into a meal.
Creme fraiche or natural yoghurt - wonderful for creating instant sauces and generally glamourising ordinary meals. You can use it in sweet or savoury dishes and add fruit or honey to make a dessert.
Tinned tomatoes - great at adding colour and flavour to any savoury dish, can act as an instant sauce, or add chopped onions to make salsa or sprinkle with herbs to make a tasty side dish.
Fresh mushrooms, bananas, tinned or frozen sweetcorn, tinned sardines, rolled oats, brown sugar, and cashew nuts are also among my recommended basic ingredients, to allow for a good range of healthy home-cooked dishes.
I'm assuming that the basic carbs (bread, potato, rice, pasta) and mixing ingredients (flour, eggs, butter, oil) are taken as read.....

Brown rice, organic fruit and veg. With all three you can hit most of the essential nutrients necessary for sustaining the body. Also they taste good and don't leave you with that 'heavy' feeling after eating and give you loads of energy and zing.
