Dick and Jane are married with a house. Dick and Jane get divorced and she leaves the house and all debt associated with it to him. Dick pays off his house. Dick and Jane reconcile but never remarry. Dick uses the proceeds from sale of the old house to buy a new house with Jane. Jane contributes nothing financially. They sign the deed as Husband and Wife Community Property with right of survivorship. Jane stays a year or two and then runs off with the cableguy. Years go by and Jane never returns.
Admittedly Dick is an idiot. But can he do anything? Does Jane automatically get the house upon Dick's death? Can he sever the right of survivorship and leave at least half the house to his kids? Better yet can he remove her entirely from the deed in that they were not married (and signed that they were) and Jane contributed nothing into the purchase of the house? (Arizona is the hypothetical state by the way.)

My dear Speckles passed away last night. He was my first fish and lived for 9 years. I buried him next to my dog's grave (who also lived to 9 before passing just a few months ago). I cried. It was heartwrenching.

Ok, first I want constructive knowledgeable answers please.

Ok, hes the senario: Bob walks into a store. Bob takes Item Z off the shelf. Bob walks around looking suspicious. Bob the pretends to place Item Z in his pants, however he returns the item to a shelf. Bob leaves the store and is accosted by the store's security. Security informs Bob he has stolen something and tell him he must come with him to the security office or he will call the police. Bob insists he didn't steal anything, and walks out of the store.

What could happen?

Lets say Bob is no longer in the store, however security person attempts to detain Bob by physical means. What can Bob do?

I'm looking for real answers even references to laws please.

This has been going on for like 1/2 a year now...there's this girl who everytime I look up, she's always staring at me. She's rly outgoing w/ everyone else, but it seems like she's actually sorta shy around me,she just acts different. 2day we had to take a group pic with the class and everyone was dressed up and I was wearing this rly cute dress and I turned around and she was staring right at me w/ this intense look on her face, she didn't even say anything tho - it was REALLY weird and I just looked away and started talking to my friends cuz it was just quite awkward! On the first day of school I was at my lunch table w/ my friends and she was sitting with one of her other friends (she's rly popular actually) but I randomly looked up and she was like staring at me the same way she was this morning& I just looked down and pretended not to see her. I'm not imagining this or anything, I swear & she's rly nice to ME but not my friends....wtf do u think is going on?

I have been in diapers since the age of 5 (am 28 now) due to extreme abuse as a child. recently, I was told that surgery could help me regain some of my urine control (30 % chance) but would do nothing for #2 problems. It would cost me around $40 grand as my particular insurance will not cover it. I'm torn between a chance at being normal like everyone else (for once in my life) and just being realistic and realizing that wanting to be normal, and being normal for me are two different things. Any thoughts or commments would really be appreciated.

ok,so as you all may or may not know i'm starting varsity qb.and tonight we had a game in which we dominated!!!56-0!!!!!!!HELLZ YEAH!!!!!!!!and i got into a minor fight with the other teams qb because of certain things he said.i mean yeah i got a little beatup but in the end it was worth it. so anywayz, the teams got in on the fight and luke(one of the guys on the team)ended pulling me off from jason.(the other qb).then the coach pulled me aside and told me that after tonight i'm temporarily dismissed from the team.......SO what the hell does that mean?like am i allowed to go to practice?and such.its just really frustrating.so yeah

ive had a cold for three weeks now and for a whole week now my ears have been ringing. They either ring or they are blocked and i can hardly hear. Its frustrating and i dont feel like i need to go to the doctor im just sick of it. Im trying to write an essay for uni and i cant concentrate because i need silence to study and the problem is in my ears !! Is it worth going to the doctor or should i just ride it out ?

During the interview process, I was told that only three candidates would make it past the phone interviews, into a face to face interview. I was one of those 3, and had the interview last week. I wrote a thank you letter and a follow up email about their decision process. I received a phone call from the corporate HR rejecting me, and then she told that I should expect a letter next week? Why would she call to reject me, just to tell me that they are going to reject me again a few days later by mail?

Aditionally, she did mention that they would like to talk to me again in December. During the interview process I was told that they had one position now, and by January, would be expanding the department personel
