ok heres the deal ok i like this girl and i told her i like her some people say she likes me and she denies it and her friend likes me 2 but she wont admit it either but the 1st one i really like and she said that she cant date untill shes 15 which i think shes just scared about relationships or somtin what do i do!!!!!!!!!

You are both way too young to be dating anybody exclusively. It would be fine for you to ask her to join you for lunch and a movie on occasion but don't expect a boyfriend/girlfriend relationship because of it.
If you really like her a lot and you know that you want things to work out for you in the long run, you need to set the stage in the short term. Make sure that you treat her with total respect and always be completely open and honest with her. Praise her and compliment her when appropriate and be there for her when she is feeling down.
Keep asking her out on occasional outings - not weekly or bi-weekly dates. Also arrange group outings with your mutual friends.
In time, her feeling towards you may change and she might realize that you have always been completely open and honest with her and you have always been there for her - she might decide that you are the man she wants to be with.

Sounds to me like you need to just sit back and wait until she's ready whether she really cant date until shes 15 or if shes just scared. Girls dont like to be pushed or forced into anything, and if you keep hinting, you may lose her friendship as well. I know it sucks, but sometimes you just have to sit back and wait for the other person to be as willing. Good luck!

Good Lord! Slow down! Trust Me! You are young. DO NOT put that much pressure on yourself! This girl sounds like she wants to play games and you do not want that! Just whoa up a little hang out and see how it goes.

so keep on being good friends. if she's not ready, you should respect her decision. rushing things will only ruin them in the end. plus, you are young and have plenty of time for this later. :) don't stress about it.

i dont think she wants to go out with you, they are probably excuses, and she does not want to be rude. Dont feel bad though, just give it some time and maybe later on you can go out.... but your talkin to someone with no experience with girls so hahah
