ive had a cold for three weeks now and for a whole week now my ears have been ringing. They either ring or they are blocked and i can hardly hear. Its frustrating and i dont feel like i need to go to the doctor im just sick of it. Im trying to write an essay for uni and i cant concentrate because i need silence to study and the problem is in my ears !! Is it worth going to the doctor or should i just ride it out ?

Since this came about in connection with a cold, I think a doctor visit is advisable. You have tinnitis, which sometimes comes and goes without reason. But sometimes there is a reason and it should be looked into.

I think a visit to a doctor is worth it just to make sure all is ok, because your ears are very precious.
