I tried to sell one for my sister as well on Ebay with no results. Ebay is saturated with jewelry & it is difficult to sell something like that. I would suggest the Classifieds or even Craigslist as someone else suggested. A Pawn Shop as a last resort. They will give you no where near what it is worth there though.

Depends on what part of the country you're in. You could go to an EZ Pawn...Don't tell them that you want to sell it...go in and ask for a loan on the item...it wont matter if you never go back to get it. They loan more on items than they buy them for. EZ Pawns loan on the value of the stones and the weight of the gold...moat pawnshops just loan on the gold weight and give you nothing for the stones and you and I both know that the stone is what costs most...Good-Luck...

Your best bet may be going down to the diamond district or jewelry district. They have one in NY and I'm sure they have them in other cities.
