You take 'em corn squeezin's up yonder holler and get Ol' Two-Fingered Jake to fire up the still. Ya set a spell 'till nightfall so's 'em rev'nooers cain't spot ya. Ya then run 'em corn squeezin's a coupla times through the still, takin' care not to scorch the bottom or let the slobber box overflow.

By mornin' time, you got yerself some mighty fine rocket fuel on yer hands.

Are you asking about solid or liquid propellant? Liquid propellant is basically jet fuel, which is closely related to kerosene. It is preferred because it provides a high specific impulse (thrust per unit weight).

Solid propellant is usually a mixture of perchlorates, reactants and oxidizers / catalysts. It is very dangerous to handle, and once it goes off, it ALL goes off. You will LOSE A LIMB if you screw with large batches of it and don't show respect for the materials or the process.

good luck. try not to blow yourself up.
