I am very overweight and have just discovered I'm pregnant with my second child. My diet has been strictly junk food, but I now want to only eat healthy things for my baby. I expect I will lose weight from not eating the junk food, but is this safe? I will be taking multi-vitamins as well.

i have some excess money that i need to invest. i started an IRA with USAA in april, investing in one of their mutual funds (USCRX) but it hasnt been doing very well. ive heard that an 8-10%/year return is realistic for long term ventures, but so far i havent come close to that with this fund. i dont want to bail on it prematurely, but if it doesnt start doing much better, it doesnt seem worth it. if anyone has any advice on how and where to research good investments, good advice on investments from experience, or advice on good companies to invest through (ie ameritrade for stocks, major banks for CDs, etc.) i would greatly appreciate it.
I currently have close to 6k in my IRA, and 8K in a savings account, and i put away about 800/month. thanks for your help! :D

Im engaged
But my fiance is in prison/jail for like... weed..
and well ive been seeing someone else.. My fiance knows about it and is fine with it.. But the guy im seeing wants a relationship and all of that.

I really love my fiance i just know his past relationship was long and he abused the girl for the last 4 years of the relationship.
hes only tried to hit me once when he was really pissed and he hasnt ever again. that was when me and him first started dating.

We don't know when hes getting out
I trust when he says he wants a life together and he will never hurt me.
But at the present time
Should i continue with him or try differently just to test my love for him.. i dunno

Before the faithful flock get their knickers in a twist and blow a gasket answering this question consider the following. Jesus was a man (hypothetically he may have been a god or demigod too) but christians executed many people as heretics for claiming he was not a man.Therfore Christians accept Jesus as a man. A man is a living organism and all living organisms are by definition either animals, plants, fungi or bacteria. Unless you want to argue that the hominid Jesus was a fungus, bacterium or plant you would have to agree he was an animal. All living beings have mutations (variations) in their genes hence they are by definition mutants. It is through these mutations that DNA identifications in Criminology etc are made. Therfore the Jesus man was a mutant animal (and so are you!) agreed? No Bible quotes please but you can insult or threaten me as I find it amusing :)

one year ago i've been suffering from it, it stopped for 2 monthes after a Shiatsu session but now i don't want to repeat it because migraines came back, though they came back less (once a week) but i don't want to feel that i need a session every now and then.

i dream twice every night and someone (in a dream) told me that i need to stop so much thinking because this could be the reason of the migraines, another one asked me to stop eating chocolate ...
i know it sounds funny but this is the truth
